FMIS Circular 2/2013 :- 
As per the instructions issued by CAO accounts circular no 7/2013(already uploaded on PSPCL website) raise seperate 
demand for  GPF deductions(subscriptions as well as recovery of advances) based on pay roll ledger during the month of 
May 2013 along with demand for May,13 salary. Incase the demands for salary of May,13 stands already raised, 
demands of GPF deductions seperatly be raised today i.e 29.5.2013, so that salary can be released in time.
