Issue consolidated U Cheque for fund release GH 24.410 and GPF Subscription as well as advance
 i.e. in GH 70 and 146. Provide detail on overleaf of the U Cheque for the month of May 2013 onwards. 
As the amount of GH 70 and 146 release of GPF trust directly by this office. Kindly confirm it in the FMIS system.
